Grey reef Sharks are territorial around coral reefs with strong currents
The scuba diving volunteer project run by TRACC is protecting a small shark population on Pom Pom Island, Near Sipadan, Semporna, Sabah, Malaysia. The main objective is to plant corals to rebuild the reefs but at the same time the volunteer divers are protecting the sharks and turtles that are resident on the island.
